Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during public holidays, peak seasons, or when additional order verification is required.

Other supported regions: 7-15 business days
Remote areas: 10-20 business days

Delivery time is estimated from the date your order ships, not from the date the order is placed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier conditions, incorrect addresses, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

Shipping Damage

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@inbike.cc with your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the damaged item. We recommend reporting visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery when possible.

Incorrect Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
