First-Order Fit Assistance

Ordered the wrong size on your first eligible INBIKE apparel order? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you may keep the original item and receive one replacement in another size of the same product. No return to China is required. You only pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.

To apply, send us your order number, requested size, and clear photos of the item and its original tags. The item must be unworn except for fitting, unwashed, and unaltered. Replacements are subject to stock availability and limited to one per eligible first order.

Fit Assistance cannot be combined with a return or refund for the same item. Product-quality issues are handled separately under our standard policy.

Great Bib Shorts, padding is great. Just completed a 100km (62mi) ride and felt great.

Only a couple of rides in and absolutely love these! They fit great. They have a great feel while moving. The cloth is the right softness and the chamois sits great. The sizing is correct. While spinning out the km’s, they are not noticeable in any way; no binding, scratching, cinching… they do what they are supposed to do without letting you know that they are there. Will definitely be shopping this brand in the future. Great value for the money.

Comfort is just ok, the shape of the pattern on the shoulders sits worse than more rounded options, and the chamois isn’t great beyond 20 mile rides.Edit: Seller reached out and took feedback for some future product improvement. Much appreciated

These are a great value! I am 5’9” with a short torso and longer legs and got a small. It fits tight but comfortable. The pads are pretty good as well. I would buy these again. I wish they had more colors. They are my go to, I usually even pick these before my castelli and pearl izumi options
