What payment methods do you accept?

We support secure global payment options including major credit cards, debit cards and mainstream online payment systems. All transactions are fully encrypted to protect your payment security.

Which products are eligible for discount codes?

Discount codes can be applied to most regular-priced items during checkout. One order may use only one discount code, and codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Bundle deals, clearance items and special promotional products are excluded from additional discount use.

Delivery & Shipping

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery may be postponed during official holidays.
Shipping Transit Time:
• United States & Europe: 7–15 business days
• Other global regions: 7–15 business days
• Remote outlying areas worldwide: 10–30 business days

How can I correct my wrong shipping address?

Address changes are free and available before your order is shipped. Please contact support with your correct address and order number. Once dispatched, address modification is no longer possible.

Where can I track my shipment?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and official tracking link. You can check real-time shipping status on our website or the logistics provider’s official page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact and resalable. Custom items, clearance goods and gift-only items are non-returnable.

How long does return processing take?

Our warehouse inspects returned items within 2–3 working days after receipt. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 working days. The final refund arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing speed.

Is there a return fee?

Returns caused by our errors (defective items, wrong items, shipping mistakes) are fully covered by us with free return shipping labels. Personal reason returns (size issue, personal preference) require customers to cover return shipping fees.

Warranty & Claims

I received a faulty item. What should I do?

Please take clear photos or videos of the defective item within 48 hours after delivery. Contact our support team with your order number and evidence, and we will resolve your issue quickly.

How can I file a warranty claim?

Submit your warranty request via our official after-sales page and upload required proof materials. Our team will review your claim within 2 working days and provide a solution.
